  • Principles of Operation
    • Sub-micron particulate is ionized and captured on collection surface
    • Indirect cooling of the collection surface through the use of cooling water surrounding the tubes results in self-cleaning action
    • Cooled collection surfaces enhance performance utilizing the principles of Thermophoresis
    • Proprietary voltage/current controllers optimize ionizing power
  • Typical Operating Parameters
    • Power Requirements = 1 - 3 kw/1000 cfm
    • Gas Side Pressure Drop = 0.5 - 1” w.c.
    • Cooling Load = 50,000 - 75,000 BTU/1000 cfm

    • Capable of removing particles as small as 0.01 micron with 99.9+% efficiency
